Pancake Recipe: At first I want to make you familiar with Pancake the term pancake is spongy, fluffy and crisp pancake Recipe. For making perfect pancake the ratio of ingredients is most important, what we need for making simple pancake one cup flour, 2 teaspoons of sugar, banking powered and a cup of milk, 2 tea spoons of vegetable oil. it is so easy to prepare if you completely follow these instructions.



Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

At first take a large bowl adds sugar, flour, salt and baking powder and mixes all of together. Now add egg, milk and oil with them until it smooth.

Heat the frying pan at low heat, add approximately ¼ pancake batter in it & tilts frying pan in circular motion. Continuously cooking until its bottom surface becomes golden brown color.

  The whole process will takes 30 minutes of time and after one side is completely brown go for the second side. After it becomes brown it is ready to serve with delicious stuffing and topping for your choices.

Crepe is easy to make then we think. It is a great and delicious recipe as a desert. Crepe is a simple and easy, faster to make up than pancake. Let’s see the ways to make Crepe Recipe by these easy and quick ways.
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • Large White Egg
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 & 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

For this we needs a large mixing bowl, combine milk and eggs together in the bowl, Mix up on the high speed until foamy add some milk and water stirring to combine, add sugar, salt, butter and beat until smooth.  Let’s see the step by step process of preparing Crepe.
  • At first we need a large mixing bowl, beat flour and egg together in it. Heat the frying pan over a medium heat.
  • Add milk and egg together in bowl and heat it up the fry pan moderately high heat. Put up some butter in it and Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the base of crepe turned into golden brown color and heat it until butters begins smoke.
  • Cook crepe over moderately high heat until bubbles just begin to form on the exposed surface, about one to two minutes. Lift up the edge to check the cooking process — if the crepe starts to burn before it is cooked through, turn down the heat. If it is not nicely browned after two minutes, turn up the heat.
  • Cook crepe continuously over two minutes until bubbles began check out it continuously if it starts burning before the actual time .turn down the heat and wait till the base of pan becomes brown than removed it from the fry pan and cover up with foil paper.

One of the most important thing about which we have to take care is the ratio of ingredients. This plays an important role for preparation of the best crepe.  The whole process will takes 20-30 minutes’ in cooking .The necessary ingredients we need are fry pan, large egg, salt, milk, sugar etc.

Ingredients:
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 ½ cup water (1 cup for original recipe)
  • Additional butter for cooking
  • 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter


Directions
For the proper guidance follow these directions

  •  Mix up all the ingredients in a lager bowl i.e. eggs, vanilla, salt and sugar add about ¼ cup of flour to mix well. Place the crepe batter in the refrigerator for some time. Crepes will be less likely to tear during cooking, so this allows reducing bubbles.
  •         After mixing heat the small non-sticky fry pan. Add some butter to coat also pour little amount of butter at the center of pan cook for 30 seconds. Remove the cutting board after cooking another 10 seconds.
